Retailers yet to invest in web design must act now in order not to get left behind in what has been described as a 'gulf' between the worst and very best of ecommerce websites.
According to research into customer satisfaction, this gap is widening at present, with the big-hitters which have used a

The survey from research firm ForeSee Results, shows that while consumers are satisfied with growing number of small e-retailers, many others are lagging behind.
A statement from the firm says: "The best and biggest online retailers are typically providing a much better online experience."
